Project Development Solutions (PDS) is a business and project development company focused on creating and preserving customer value through project delivery from concept through completion. It was founded in 2019 by Tunde Deru, who was the Director of Sales for GlassPoint before PDS.

PDS was borne out of the passion for combining Tunde’s business development and project delivery skills to deliver customer value to energy, technology, and manufacturing companies. At PDS, we believe only companies that excel at project delivery can scale or grow.

Tunde Deru spent most of his work life in business development and project management, where he excelled and rose to leadership positions in several organizations. Throughout Mr. Deru’s extensive career as a business developer and project portfolio manager, he noticed a recurring problem: the gap in crafting strategic initiatives and implementation. Furthermore, he realized companies sometimes spend too much effort on projects with minimal value. Projects that succeed are managed from the beginning—the concept stage and through completion—ensuring customer value is preserved through the different project phases.
Managing a project through completion involves technical, organizational, and emotional intelligence skills. At PDS, we believe these project management skills or practices are industry and discipline-agnostic. Once project-specific nuances are understood, these practices, methodologies, and techniques are applicable across sectors.

In 2022, PDS expanded into grant management and administration, successfully executing a project as Principal Investigator (PI) and participating in over 18 grant applications from agencies like the Department of Energy and the California Energy Commission.

Successful execution is at the heart of our goal at PDS. We strive to provide top-notch organizational skills, technical know-how, strategic planning, risk management, effective team collaboration, and project controls in managing projects from concept to completion.
